After attending Adrian College in 2008, I obtained my doctorate from Wayne State University in 2011.
The first half of my career has been spent in the outpatient physical therapy world. I have taken hundreds of hours in continuing education courses to better serve you; this ranges from muscle energy, instrumental assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), cranial manipulation, dry needling, running gait analyst, pregnancy and post-partum corrective exercise specialist, and applied functional science as it relates to the respective running community and/or pelvic health realm.
I am a mom, wife, physical therapist, and runner. My husband and I have four amazing children, two years apart. (Yes, it’s a busy household.) Running and pelvic health are my areas of specialty; both near and dear to my heart.
